Cambridge MP, David Howarth, has praised the work at Romsey Mill charity in reaching out to disadvantaged young people in Cambridge.

Mr Howarth visited the charity and met with staff to discuss the charity many youth projects throughout the city. He commented on the visit:

"It is always a pleasure to visit Romsey Mill. This is an organisation which is doing fantastic work reaching out to some very hard to reach young people from all over Cambridge . Their Aspire programme for young people with high functioning autism spectrum disorders is groundbreaking and in Cherry Hinton and Queen Edith's the Mill's outreach work is building youth groups and schemes around the young people they meet.

"I was also very pleased to hear that some of Romsey Mill's work is supported through grants from local businesses through the Cambridge Community Foundation."
