MP Julian Huppert is in the pink raising awareness in the fight against breast cancer.

Julian is once again supporting the annual Wear it Pink fundraiser launched by Breast Cancer Campaign to raise money for life-saving research.

This year’s theme is “Look good, do good” and on Friday, October 24 people across the country are being urged to find fun and stylish ways to wear pink in the office, at home or at school.

Julian said: “This is a great campaign and it’s so easy for everyone to take part and do their bit to raise money for vital breast cancer research which is helping to save lives.

“Every year in the UK over 50,000 women and around 350 men are diagnosed with breast cancer and sadly 12,000 women and 80 men die from this disease each year. Research is crucial if we are to give people quicker diagnoses, find better treatments and ultimately a cure for this terrible disease.”
