Have your say over Milton Road’s future

The Greater Cambridge City Deal is a major project to improve transport systems in and around Cambridge.

One of the first schemes to be considered includes Milton Road. Initial ideas can be found on the Greater Cambridge City Deal website.

The consultation runs from 14 December until 15 February.

It’s crucial that residents’ views are heard as we’ve been told that nothing is fixed at this stage, meaning there’s a genuine opportunity for you to give your view and encourage new ideas.

Local Lib Dems want any changes to result in a better, greener environment.

For years we’ve fought hard to protect the much-loved trees along Milton Road, and we’re keen to hear whether you still feel this is the right approach.

On the reverse of this letter are useful contact details, web links and information about events we are organising in West Chesterton. If you are part of a residents’ group, please do invite us along and we will help where we can.

We’re determined to keep residents up-to-date with developments and provide a helping hand throughout the consultation period and beyond.
