Howarth speaks out against ID Cards

Since being elected in May, David Howarth, has asked questions in Parliament to find out what steps the government has taken to protect people from identity theft.

The government's ID card plans, and especially the national identity database, make identity theft much more dangerous as individuals could lose their entitlement to all government services if their unique identity number is stolen.
