Local MP faces tough questioning
Primary school pupils at Colville School, Cambridge, have been quizzing local MP David Howarth on life in Westminster.
Mr. Howarth faced tough questioning from the 11 year-old pupils when he visited the school.
Mr. Howarth commented:
"I faced some tough questioning from the Colville Primary School pupils. They've been learning about democracy during their citizenship lessons and were very interested to hear about life in Parliament.
"I was impressed by how much the pupils already knew and by their enthusiasm for tackling big questions such as how we can protect the environment and the way government works. Future generations will be the ones most affected if we fail to change our polluting behaviour

and so it is clear that young people take climate change very seriously. We need to listen to be listening to what they have to say."
