Who’s your best of Discovering Cambridge?

8 November, 2013 10 Comments

The Discovering Cambridge competition has given me the enjoyable task of exploring all that is best about our independent businesses. From our many popular pubs, cafes and restaurants to our jewellers, craft and book shops, Cambridge has much to celebrate in our thriving independent scene. But who will emerge as Cambridge’s most popular independent shop or business? That’s up to you!

From our monthly winners throughout the year, I’d like to know which you think deserves the title of best of the best. Vote here and spread the word! Our overall winner will be crowned at the Mill Road Winter Fair on Saturday 7th December. I’d love to see you there to help them celebrate.

Here are some of our previous winners:

Hot Numbers

Hot Numbers was a popular winner of best independent cafe in January. It was just what I needed to warm up too!

March winners Limoncello

The wonderful Limoncello took the prize of best independent specialist food retailer in March

Sarah at Modish was a worthy winner of May’s best clothing and accessories shop

The Cambridge Toy Shop proved a firm favourite amongst the city’s younger residents in June
